Fence by the train bridge. That's the train passing by behind. The action setting on my camera is awesome. I took a picture of a helicopter once, and the rotors aren't even blurry. It looks like it is just floating there inanimately.

Chain fence shots are always tricky to get right, you did real well there. :)
It was the angle of the sun. Lucky shot.
Also the angle of the camera, and a very decent focus on a not particularly easy to focus on subject...
