Yeah, that one came from Wal Mart, but so did the one before, with the fire escape ladder. There's one more place I want to try, it's a little store front that is exclusively a photo processor. I'm hoping they get it right.
Yeah, just talk to them and tell them colour's important, mention cyan being problematic, and "density." See where that gets you.
I asked you on my blog, but in case you don't see it, what's your film choice? That impacts a lot. Your photos kinda look like you use Agfa, but maybe that's because you're scanning them in.
That last round was good ol' Kodak Max 400. The two rounds prior (night shoot and fire escape) were Kodak High Definition 400. I'm partial to Kodak Gold 200, but was pleased with the hi-def. I just finished a little 12-exposure sample roll of Kodak Professional Ultra Color 400... wondering how that will turn out.
Not sure where to buy Agfa film around here. I do have one undeveloped roll of Agfa, it's like two years old. I'm interested to see how it turns out, since Agfa is the name in the printing industry.
I really like this site; so much going on. The photos are quite mad and appeal to my Beefheartian outlook, who cares about how the colour comes out, what really matters is that you took them and they are here. Great Stuff!

What are your favorites?
Oh, and I ask for Photo CD's. I don't scan them myself except for the series with the purple sunset. Forgot to ask on that one.
When they do a photo CD, do they scan the negative or the print?
