For the life of me I couldn't get any nose shading to look right, even with the reference photo laid right over top for me to paint over... I just couldn't make it look even remotely good.
Now, one thing I did was to turn off the skin layer, so it was just the gradated background with her hair, hat, eyes, and lips, which looked pretty damn cool. But after much waffling, I decided to leave the skin in. Of course, in the original photo there were bra straps over the shoulders, but I conveniently left them out to give a topless impression.
Just look up "sexy santa hat" in google's image search. You'll pull up the original within the first page or two.
